Get Your LeEco coolpad(c103/c106) rooted in 10 simple steps

This tutorial is a complete guide, showing how to get root access on that leEco coolpad 1. This guide is applicable to both the C103(Indian version) and the C106(chinese version) running EUI.

Requirements
*A working pc
*Adb and fastboot drivers
*Qpst/qfil
 *Twrp advanced
*Magisk installer
*No verity encryption zip

Now follow the steps in the listed order

Step 1: Download and extract qpst from the link provided below, included in the zip file are drivers that should be installed first before qpst tool

Step 2: Install all drivers in drivers folder and and those in tools folder(vcredist_x86 then  the setup for visual c++ runtime in that order)

Step 3: Now install QPST.2.7.437 

Step 4: Extract downloaded twrp to desktop
Step 5: Search for Qfil and run app
Step 6: Set build type to flat build
Step 7: Navigate to programmer path and click browse, locate your extracted twrp folder and select prog_emmc_firehose_652.mbn 

Step 8: Click on load xml and select rawprogram0 and patch0 from the pop up

Step 9:  Goto Developer options and tick oem unlocking and usb debugging if you haven't unlocked your developer options goto about phone and tap on build number for about 7times

Included in zip is an EDL script, 

Step 10: Now connect your device to your pc to boot into EDL mode( device should be on) run the edl script provided in the twrp advanced zip you have downloaded, NOTE: This step requires adb so adb should be working properly on your pc. Grant usb debugging request that pops up on your device screen

Second method to boot into EDL mode: Make sure your device is powered off completely. Hold both volume buttons( vol+ and vol -) until Qfil detects your phone as QUALCOMM HS-USB QDLOADER 9008. When your device red light starts blinking then you should know you have successfully entered EDL

Now click the DOWNLOAD button on Qfil and wait for the flash to be successful. After flash has completed boot into twrp by holding the power and the vol+ keys together.
 
Important step: When on twrp, navigate to the install tab and locate magisk zip, flash magisk after flashing is successful, flash Noverity zip( This prevents device from being stuck at coolpad logo)

Now reboot your device!

Alot of android users love to root their android devices, to unleash the full power of the android system, So here is a guide showing how to root Xiaomi Redmi Note 4/4x[SD]

REQUIREMENTS

• TWRP for Mido
• Pc
• Usb Cable
• Super SU
• no-verity-opt-encrypt zip
• ADB and fastboot drivers 
• Unlocked Bootloader

You must have ADB and fastboot drivers properly installed on your PC, if you haven't  DOWNLOAD ADB AND FASTBOOT DRIVERS

STEP 1:To root your redmi note 4x, it is important you unlock your bootloader  CLICK HERE TO APPLY
 After you have successfully unlocked your boot loader, the next step is to flash twrp recovery

STEP 2: Download Twrp from the link provided below and copy twrp-mido.img to C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot folder

STEP 3: Power off device and boot into fastboot mode by holding both power button and Vol - keys at the same time, then connect device to pc

STEP 4: Open a command window and type the following fastboot devices 

If your device is properly connected and drivers are working properly, your device should show as indicated above.
Now type the following fastboot flash recovery twrp-mido.img You should get the following result

 Now boot into recovery using POWER and VOL +, you should see twrp screen 
 
STEP 5: Swipe to allow modifications on twrp

STEP 6: Go to backup and make a backup of your current ROM[ very important]

STEP 7: Click INSTALL option and locate SuperSU zip from your storage and swipe to flash

STEP 7: Click INSTALL again and locate no-verity-opt-encrypt zip and swipe to flash

STEP 8: Reboot your device after flashing

If you follow these steps accordingly you will have successfully rooted your Xiaomi Redmi Note 4/4x

How to root infinix zero 3 [x552] Marshmallow

Getting down to business. To install root you need a working TWRP recovery, SuperSU.zip. Links will be provided at the end of this tutorial

• First download TWRP V3.0.2.1 from Link below
• Then SuperSU.zip[copy to sd card directory]
• Copy both MT6795_android_scatter.txt and recovery.img to a desktop folder
• Open sp flash tool and click on SCATTER LOADING

How to Root Infinix Hot 4

With TWRP Recovery v3.0.2 For Infinix Hot 4, you can now easily root your Infinix Hot 4 device. No long story.
ITEMS NEEDED
1. A PC With Vcom driver installed
2. Sp Flash tool
3. TWRP Recovery for Hot 4
4. Super Su
5. USB Cord,
6. Your phone

HOW TO ROOT
1. Load TWRP Recovery v3.0.2 For Infinix Hot 4  x557 scarter file on your flash tool.
2. Click on download
3. Power off your device and plug to PC
4. Wait till you see a green confirmation. 
3. Now Boot into recovery by holding power and Vol (+) keys for 7-10seconds

How To Root Tecno Camon C9

Recently Tecno launched Camon C9, a beastly lovely device to add to its C device family and many Android lovers went for it. To many, it is a complete device but to those who can't do without root inorder to install custom recovery and also tweak as desired, it is not yet a complete Android.

Kingroot one click rooting app has been a very helpfull rooting app for most MTK phones to gain root access but ever since Android 6.0 came to play, rooting has not been easy on the new OS and hopefully, Kingroot team will do something about this.

While the waiting, there is another effective and reliable method to root most Android running on 6.0 and this article, i will be showing us how to Install CWM recovery on Tecno C9 and also root Tecno Camon C9 afterwards. Do follow below procedures step by step.

→ Your Camon C9 bootloader must be unlocked. See detailed tutorial on how to unlock Tecno C9 bootloader

Granted you have met the requirements, lets begin...

How To Root Tecno Camon C9

After you must have unlocked your Tecno C9 bootloader which is very important and have also
downloaded the required files from above, do the following:

1.  Copy SuperUser.zip and place it in the root of your SD card, (Don't put it in any folder)

2.  Extract and copy CWM recovery.img into the
same folder containing fastboot.exe and adb.exe

3.  Without putting off your phone, connect your phone to your PC via USB cable and boot it into fast boot as shown in the bootloader unlocking guide.

4.  Once your device is in fastboot mode, flash the CWM recovery.img to your phone by typing the below command code in red and press "ENTER" from your PC keyboard to flash/ install CWM recovery to your device.

CODE: flash recovery recovery.img

5. After that, reboot the phone by typing the below command code and press "ENTER".

CODE: fastboot reboot

6.  After rebooting your phone, switch it off and boot to recovery mode by pressing and holding Volume Up + Power Button for few seconds to boot into CWM recovery mode.

7.  Now in CWM recovery mode, use the volume keys to navigate and the power button to enter..

→ Navigate to "Install Zip"
→ Select "Choose From SdCard"
→ Locate SuperUser.zip, select it and then select "YES" to install.

8.  Now, after installing SuperUser.zip, simply go back to CWM main menu and reboot.

9.  If the Cwm recovery offers to fix some errors, select "NO".


Thats it, you have succesfully rooted your Tecno Camon C9. To verify root, download root checker.apk to verify.
